Words cannot adequately convey exactly how awful this day was.

I've drafted a description of it several times, but it's kinda personal, and even more depressing to describe, so I'll just leave it that. Trust me. It sucked.

Have a headache. I am going to resort to dinner, dark chocolate, a bath, and early to bed, if all goes well.

I'm sure that you could indeed produce words that would adequately convey just exactly how awful it was, but not doing so sounds like the better part of valor.

I hope that some portion or other of dinner, dark chocolate, a bath, and bed helped!
