Mr. Creek and I have been banking with a credit union for a while now, and we LOVE them. We just refinanced our car loan (had been through a big bank since we originally financed it through the dealership) and the interest rate has been cut in half PLUS they took the time to go over some additional options with us that got us added benefits.
