I have just started Bridgerton S2, planning to dive into the 2nd episode right after dinner, which is currently perking in the Instant Pot. After plodding through the first season of The Gilded Age to the boring and predictable finale, I hesitated to even start Bridgerton. But it is SO MUCH BETTER than Gilded Age! I'm not sure that Bridgerton's world is any more comforting and appealing than Gilded Age's, but it sure is more entertaining.
