You know what really sucks?

Calling in sick. And then spending the day dealing with daughter repeatedly vomiting, because she's even sicker.

It could have been worse. At least she managed to reach the bucket every time.

Going on retreat again

I'm going back to the St. Benedict's spirituality center for a retreat, this Thursday through Sunday. I'll bring my soul collage supplies, take walks.

Heaven knows I need to get away.
