(I'm in sympathy on the soreness, by the way - my thighs are extremely annoyed with me for having discovered that the edge of my bathtub is exactly the right height for pleasantly challenging stepping. With one hand on the wall, of course, because falling into the bathtub while attempting to get into better shape would be mortifying.)
