Oh my. 12 or 13 doesn't sound good. The yoga studio sounds like a good plan though, as does befriending a masseuse in training that needs a guinea pig. Thinking relaxing thoughts your way, but the knots in my shoulders are telling me I'm at 10 or 11, so that might not help much. :)
