No, that was me misremembering the title. My, it has been too long since I've exercised! This one is Firm Super Cardio Mix. It's confusing, because they keep repackaging and re-titling everything. Here's a helpful page to keep all the names straight! (from that very useful site, videofitness.com; check out their video exchange). I do have a lot of Firm tapes and DVDs, maybe somewhere between seven and ten. I can't do them as often as I'd like, however, because I have cartilage wear on my knees, and every once in a while I blow my knees out trying to do their leg presses on the tall box.
