Received this and these by UPS today. Also this, which was a mistake, because what I'd actually ordered was this. They're shipping the correct brooch to me, and I'll be sending the other one back. And yeah, yeah, I know, this was all very irresponsible and everything, but I had the money from a windfall check, which meant I didn't have to put it on credit. So I got all surly and defiant and said, I want these. The hell with the budget. So I got them. Nyah, nyah (sticks out tongue). I'm going to enjoy wearing them, too.

I've already bought the brooch. And the Fellowship necklace. I adore them; they're so much fun to wear, and it's a great way to meet like minded people when other LOTR fans recognize them. I love The Noble Collection's stuff; I've found it to be very good quality.

The are both gorgeous. hat is the clasp like on the brooch? Is it the normal pin backing? If so, I'm think the necklace (taken apart) might make a better cloak clasp...

Yes, the clasp is a normal pin clasp on the brooch.

If it influences your thinking, by the way, the brooch is almost twice as long as the largest leaf on the necklace. The earrings are smaller yet.
