You're a "total whore" when it comes to friends but "wary of trusting strangers". While these aren't opposites, the combination seems dissonant.

As to "simplistic": My guess is that they're using vocabulary. You talk to (and about) your kids and speak to their level (which is probably much higher than average for their age).

I'm one third each herdlike, normal, and interesting, and 0% peculiar. I'm also wary of trusting strangers? Apparently? How would they know that? My writing style is conventional and my weirdness level is 8. Huh.

I'd love to know what some of their terms actually mean (and how they get them). I got 'Keen to please', which made me laugh hysterically. Then I did the LJ style analyser and find that, astoundingly, my LJ is all about me-me-me. Gosh! Who'd've thought?

(I wish there was an option to analyse all posts, not just public ones, because I suspect the results would shift quite a bit. Especially the 'keen to please'!)

That's not so bad. I did this meme over a year ago when it first popped up, and it rated me 0% weird. Now THAT I consider an insult.

But then I realized that it only takes into account the public posts that I've made, which at this point means just the "hello, this is my first test post on LJ". Even if it saw my friends-locked stuff, that would still be less than half my posts; most of my posts are private-locked (this is a JOURNAL after all, most people don't post their diaries publicly) and it certainly doesn't see the DES-encrypted entries.
