This was NOT a good day. I really struggled. Managed 16, 14, 14, 12, (11). I really wanted to push myself to 15 on the last set, but it just wasn't happening. My form was collapsing by the third set, so by the last I was really struggling to do a well-formed pushup, and I was afraid I'd hurt myself if I went any farther so I stopped at 11.
This is also the first day that I really broke out in a sweat. It certainly wasn't easy before this, but I think each set was short enough that I didn't really have a chance to sweat much. Today, though, yeah, I'm sweating.
My stomach has been sore today and I wasn't sure if it was an upset stomach or residual pain from the first day of this week. I'm still not sure. I am definitely feeling it in the abs, though.
