Starbucks 'fesses up

Starbucks has finally put nutritional information on their website, and I have learned the awful truth: the espresso brownie I love so dearly is 370 calories and the maple oat scone is 490.

It's probably a good thing that with our office move, I'm no longer near a Starbucks.

But I still do miss those brownies.

I gained 10 lbs in a few short months just from having a mocha and a muffin every morning *sigh*

I miss my Starbucks.

Wow! I never get coffee at Starbucks (not a big coffee fan *G*), but I do get their Steamed Apple Cidar. That only has 180 calories. :D

Wah!!! My white chocolate mocha :(

I wish I hadn't even looked.

But, wow, look at the calcium-- looks like I was getting more than I thought.

Ouch - I just looked and discovered how many calories I add every time I forget to ask for nonfat milk. And soy is actually more calories than nonfat milk! Guess I'm going to be restricting myself to tall light Frappucinos from now on...

I have gotten myself to the place where just going to Starbuck's and getting black coffee is a treat. (I then sit down and do homework over the coffee.)
