Friends meme

I answered these questions on [livejournal.com profile] cruisedirector's LJ, so I sorta feel obligated to ask them in my own; turnabout is fair play. (I usually do a variation on this when my friends list pops up another hundred or so. So I'm early this time. Humor me.)

1. When did you first "friend" me? [Actually, you can find out the exact date by clicking here]
2. Why did you first "friend" me?
3. What posts of mine do you like to read the best?
4. What would you like me to write about that I don't?
5. Do you think we would be friends in real life?
6. How often do you read my journal?
7. What do we have in common?
8. Will you post this in your journal so I can answer?
9. Is there anything you want to ask me that you think you should know about me to avoid the impersonality of the internet that I have not already covered in some TMI post or other?
Feel free to answer as many or as few as you like.

(Of course, you may also feel free to answer none at all.)

1. Despite what the link says, I know I "friended" you in the fall or early winter of 2002.

2. I was impressed by a thoughtful post you uploaded somewhere, and we 'played' together a few places.

3. How can I choose? Cruel question! There aren't any I dislike reading. (I rarely have time to comment on everyone's journal but I like reading everything everyone posts because even if I don't have time to stop and chat, I still know how they are and what's going on.)

4. Nothing comes to mind actually.

5. I'm not sure. We could be, I believe we would argue from time to time, or at least debate but not often.

6. As often as it shows up on my friends list.

7. We share an interest in writing (though I'm not a writer of any caliber), in Harry Potter, in equal rights, in inventive cooking. We have similar tastes in some music. We seem to share an interest in using classical myths to reach the minds and hearts of people today.

8. Honestly, I'm not likely to, no.

9. I would never ask for information that was not in some way volunteered as that borders on rude, at least in my personal opinion.

Well I'm probably not one of the people you expected to answer - it is an interesting new meme so I hope you don't mind.
