I've avoided commenting on the latest fandom kerfluffle, because I'm just really perplexed as to what to say. Besides, why the hell would anyone expect me to say anything?

funnyinteresting thing is hearing about all of these brouhahas second-hand provides solid context for JKR's apparent desire to kill off her major characters lest she have to spend the rest of her natural life defending them from unlicensed foolishness.
