I feel really guilty

I have been a bear of extraordinarily little brain lately (I blame surgery) which is why I never sent off a proposal for that fantasy conference. Today's the deadline, and I just don't think I can come up with a fricking 250 words for a proposal.

Tell me you still love me, Friends list, even if I've been off faffing around doing frivolous things like having my gall bladder out.

*Sigh* Maybe I'll try again when I get back from dinner out. (I'm going out for dinner tonight to the Birchwood Cafe with Lois McMaster Bujold, Pat Wrede, and castiron).

Dinner should refresh the writer's soul. Who knows? If they have an email address for submissions, you may be excited and focused enough to write that 250 and pop it over the flickering pixels.

Or not.

But you'll still have had an interesting and tasty meal!
