Wizard Rock Song of the Day: Here in Your Car

It's a free download by Ministry of Magic, one of the very best wizard rock bands out there. Grab it while you can! They have it up at their MySpace page.

*happy dance - I've been waiting for this one!*

Here in Your Car (parody of "Here in Your Arms" by hellogoodbye).

Don't forget, their album The Triwizard Tournament is up for sale on iTunes. It's definitely one of my top albums of the year.

I can't get their myspace page to do anything but play that silly flash thing on the front page. Does it go to anything else eventually?

Anyway thanks for the direct link to the MP3.

Try scrolling down--they have a very large header on that MySpace page.

Ah, ok. Their flash crud filled my screen, and I'm so used to idiotic flash front pages I didn't even think that there might be something below it. Thanks.

If you use Firefox, you might like Flashblock, an extension that replaces all Flash crud with a placeholder and a play button. If you want the content, just press play, otherwise it doesn't load. One of my favorite extensions.

My wife does, but I just let it go. If there's more than I care to put up with, then I just don't go to those sites anymore.
I find it more irritating to have to click on the flash stuff to get it running than to just let it run.

Ah, another song for which I have the parody and not the original. Given my collection, I frequently have two or more parodies without being able to lay my hands on the source.

A fun song, soon to be in my iPod.

very OT

....I d'know if anyone has shown you these, but I saw the "Elinor Dashwood is my homegirl" one and thought of you.
