*whimper*

I clocked over fifteen hours at work today. Er, yesterday (Monday). I have over 16,000 steps on my pedometer, about eight and a quarter miles. I'm trying to spread the word that I'm willing to take whatever overtime hours are available, so I can keep squirreling away money. And it seems there are lawyers out there working into the wee hours of the night who need someone there to assist.

*Staggers off to bed*

Yay pedometers! Are you on Walker Tracker (http://walkertracker.com/)?

Yep, I am, but I haven't bothered keeping a running toal for awhile. I maintained a paper record while I was participating in the Eowyn Challenge so I could keep track of my mileage, but I haven't done so for awhile. All I do now is to record the steps taken each day in my paper journal at night; I try to keep it above 10,000 a day. Usually that isn't a problem.

Good dreams and real rest to you....

hi peg - unrelated, but i thought i remembered you posting (unhappily) about music rules and regs as related to coffeeshops in mpls. i couldn't find the post, but i thought you'd be interested in this article and a proposal to change the ordinance. it's also a good time to contact your council members if you have comments on the situation.

Thanks! It wasn't my post; I wasn't the person who commented on this originally, but I was very interested to read about this. Tillie's Bean was the coffeeshop I mentioned going to hear the musicians; I had no idea they were getting hassled by City Hall over this. I hope the ordinance passes (Gary Schiff is my City Council representative, and I see he was the one who proposed it.)
