Fred Phelps, never one to miss an opportunity to be a stroppy prick, has announced the intention to picket Heath Ledger's funeral. And gloat over his death, no doubt.

Phelps used to make me angry; now he just makes me sad. He's not right in the head, and he's warping generations with his hate and anger. I take comfort in the stories that I hear of people standing up to him and his followers/family.
