I don't know how I missed your previous posts on soulcollaging, but I'm fascinated! From a quick skim of your LJ it sounds as though you've found it an empowering and uplifting tool against bad brain stuff. Something has clicked in my head lately and I'm finding my morning journal full of unexpected stuff -- so maybe I need to try the non-verbal, visual, creative route too. Thank you for making me aware!
