Things which are annoying
The Twin Cities movers and shakers have been wooing both parties for 2008 political conventions. This morning the announcement was made: they landed . . . the Republican convention. Yes. The girls have been Very Annoying and Extremely Rambunctious in the back seat of the car during all the endless errands I had to run today. I have warned them repeatedly to pipe down. They are ignoring me. Why can't they ignore each other, too, instead of squabbling?
I have two bristly hairs on my chin which are driving me crazy, and tho' I pursued them for, no lie, fifteen minutes with a pair of tweezers tonight because I am just obsessive that way, they are still too short to grasp and pluck out. The woman who thought she could lend us a cello for Delia so we wouldn't have to rent brought it for her to try today, and it is too small. We will have to rent after all.
My parking rampThe ramp where I currently park is going up $40 a month.
The Senate Democrats caved and pass the bill "granting the President leeway to decide which other interrogation techniques are permissible." Well, no, on second thought, that is not annoying.
That is infuriating.
