This is how low I have fallen

There was some left over hot fudge sauce in the refrigerator here at work, leftovers from the day the firm offered hot fudge sundaes to employees. I was so desperate with chocolate cravings that I nuked it in the microwave and ate it smeared it on saltine crackers.

Gah. I want to get out of here desperately. Will this day never end?

There are days that I would eat ashes if someone would put sugar on them.

I had baked beans for lunch, mostly because they were sweet and easy. I hear you on the chocolate - maybe I'll dip into the frozen chocolate chips this afternoon. Of course, that requires somehow getting across the current project, which is covering the floor of the office so I can see it all at once...

I totally get that...and it goes w-a-y back for me; I remember dipping a spoon into the Nestle Quik as a kid (not making chocolate milk, just eating the powder), just because I was crazed for a chocolate SOMETHING. Maybe it's an X-chromosome thing (she mused hopefully).

I've currently got a kitchen full of Girl Scout cookies...ha ha ha.

I once had such a bad chocolate craving that I took the unsweetened baker's chocolate from my sister's cabinet and attempted to make milk chocolate--in the microwave. It was basically really weird, gritty, and kind of salty and I ate a lot of it anyway.
