Fiona and Karate
Taking the month of December off from karate has had an unexpected effect: now Fiona is unsure whether she wants to go for black belt after all. I told her that I didn't expect to continue, because we couldn't pay for both of us now that the scholarship is over, and Delia is going to be doing ballet. We've had a month of not running to the dojo, and gee, that feels kinda nice. And it's not so fun to think of slogging on all by herself.
So she has said that she'll go back this week and see how it goes. She doesn't have to decide until the end of January.
(I have to admit: I almost hope she decides no. Less demands in my life really could be a good thing right now. And it would be sooo nice to have some more money in my checking account and time on my calendar. Taking the month off really was an eye-opener for all of us.)

1) would that mean that there would be enough slack time- and finances-wise for *you* to return?
2) If so, would you want to?

Maybe with some space, your muse will return?
