This cheered me up more than anything else I've seen this week. Amazing.

I am going to my first black belt screening this Friday evening.

I felt pretty good during today's tough Tuesday prep class. Balance was certainly better. I didn't get nearly as many critical comments as the other students in the class, always a good sign.

Fiona says I'm ready. My instructor feels I'm ready.

I think I feel I'm ready, too. And that's the important thing.
