I did my end of Week 4 exhaustion test and only managed 21. I have to manage at least 31 to go on to Week 5, so I guess that means I'm repeating Week 4.
I'll be repeating Week 5; I did 36, with great difficulty, and the minimum is 40-something.
How do you time your exhaustion tests? I end up doing them the day after "Day 3" in order to still leave a gap day before starting the next Day 1 again, but I always feel then I'm shortchanging myself by not having a proper rest day in between. I don't know if I might have tested differently, had I waited until tomorrow (which is a running day, but would have at least had less demand on my arms - I made mayo this evening, too).
If I finish Day 3 Friday morning, then I do the exhaustion test Saturday night, and start the next week Monday morning. Gives myself 36 hours rest each time. That seems to work for me.
