Leaving for Mexico tomorrow

I am overwhelmed by the task of packing. And I'm not even taking that much stuff. But somehow I can't seem to settle down and do it. Argh.

We will be away from all things electronic until April 4, for the most part, although I'll have my cell phone on the 2 day trip down and back and will probably therefore do a phone post or so.

Take care of Rob for me while Fiona, Delia and I are out of town, 'kay?

Oh, I envy you. My trip to Mexico City in 2007 was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. If you get a chance, eat an avocado. They were so bright and delicious and full of flavor. Tacos al pastor, if the region you're in makes them, are also highly recommended. =)

Safe trip and I very much look forward to your recounting (and pictures) upon your return.

Hope you got all your stuff done. We are also frantically trying to get things done around here... we discovered as we were getting the nursery ready that one wall of the room and the carpet and padding was destroyed by mold. $$$$, time, energy we don't have are being poured into it. The new carpet will arrive next Friday and I found out this week that I will be having a c-section 5 days after that.

Stressful times.
