Oooh, that top pic is very nice indeed. I think that medium length would be nice on you (again). And you could always cut in a few slightly shorter pieces around your face if you were still concerned about 'severity' although I think you look perfectly nice in the va-va-voom pic. :) Nice professional shots, too.
