was exciting.

What did you think?

Wait until you see what happens with the Third Task!

Can you believe we've reached the halfway point? We've been doing this for three and a half years now!

I deliberately only read it about once a week (so that posts can accumulate so I'm not reading one fragment at a time, and I need to do fewer check-backs on comment sections) and I closed it last on Thursday. Not like I didn't know what was coming up, of course.

Now you're making me think I'll check it again TODAY, though it's early in the week.

This is an awesome project. I know some people planning an epistolary RPG in a steampunk setting, which I'm considering turning down due to not feeling familiar or comfortable with my knowledge of the time period -- or, more importantly, the organizer's (he's a bit too happy to say "alternate history"...). But I see what could be done via alternity and its like, and I'm tempted again.

Alternity was gripping! I love major events in game, although they often seem to coincide with weekends when I'm busy so rather than having the F5 experience I have the massive back-reading experience. More instant gratification that way, so I'm not complaining! :)

You all are doing a marvelous job spinning out this world. Fantastic.

Okay. Now.... I don't know what to say. That was tense and terrible, and I couldn't stop reading. I felt a bit badly for the baby in my lap (weird echo with events, there, albeit for less severe reasons), even though he did put the extra burping time to good use....
