Stress test was normal. I've been discharged and told to follow up with my own doctor in a week. Essentially, it's, "Something happened, but we don't know what. But you don't have heart attack damage or blood clots and you haven't had a stroke. So yay."

About to hit the shower and crash. Hospitals are not the place to catch up on your sleep. Thanks for your kind messages and concern, everyone.

Oh, that's good news! I've had that same conclusion from different symptoms, the "we investigated the big scary things that might kill you right away and see no sign of them, so now your doctor can look into less urgent causes." Never found any less urgent causes, so they might not for you either.

I've never been so glad to be home again as when returning from an ER visit, so I trust you are enjoying it.

No, they really are not. Waking you up to take vitals at all hours.

I'm glad it wasn't one of the Really Bad Things, but mysteries also are not so good. Hope it becomes more clear in time.

Well, that's a relief, at least. Get some rest, and I hope you get an answer soon.

Yikes, just catching up - how scary!! I'm sure your family was terrified, too. I'm glad you seem to be doing ok. Please keep us posted. <3

How frightening. I’m glad you are okay, Peg. Hope whatever it was is a one-time only phenomenon.

Behind and catching up -- I'm glad they gave you a reasonably clean bill of health.
