Greg Ketter responded on FaceBook where I stole your announcement: "Greg Ketter I sell a lot of print-on-demand books - when they're made available for wholesale."
Woohoo! The link worked for me (at 4:30pm). I followed it to Amazon and discovered that the price is an amazingly modest $3.99. But for me it was free, because it appears that I have somehow accumulated $5 in Kindle Credits. Sweet.
Of course I use my Kindle so rarely that the battery is dead as a doornail. Turns out I didn't like reading E-books as much as I thought I might. But I do sometimes read them on my phone when I'm traveling or waiting for something like my driver's license. I'll see if I can interest Richard in reading it on the iPad.
