Convention plans

It suddenly occurred to me that people might want to know . . .

I am going to be at Minicon, where I will appear on at least one panel with papersky. I will also be going to Wiscon (note to self: pay membership fee), where I intend to room with kijjohnson and Louise Marley (note to self: pick up Louise's latest book The Maquisarde).

Which in turn were made possible by gutting all the worthwhile federal programs established in the last twenty-five years or so that our government thinks now would be particularly swell to abandon.
