Today's wizard rock pick: The Brothers Black

A new band by the name of The Brothers Black. They have three songs up, and I like each one. There's a lovely, poignant Christmas song from Harry's point of view, ( Hogwarts is Home )

There's a wistful one, a little bit bluesy, from the point of view of Hermione, one of the best I've ever heard about her relationship with Ron: ( Kiss Me )

I particularly like the line,

And when they laugh at your hand-me-down robes
I’ll have to remind them that I broke Malfoy’s nose

Finally, there's a rocking "Don't Want to Be A Deatheater." The singer's voices are pleasing, and they know what to do with their instruments. Well produced. You can purchase these three songs for 99 cents each through Snocap. I'll be definitely keeping my eye on this group, waiting for more.
