As I've said, I won't be at The Witching Hour, but I will be sending along some autographed bookplates with Rob. Buttonhole him when you see him and ask him for one.

(Are people just interested in Swans bookplates? Or are there still people who would like one for Emerald House Rising?)

you know what is bizarre? i had you friended, and knew you were a writer, for a good two months before realizing you wrote Emerald House Rising.

and the only reason i discovered it was because i was hunting through my bookshelves for something i havent read in a while, and pulled it out.

and then i compared names.

*facepalm*

I did the same thing with Wild Swans! It was funny - I pulled it off the shelf and said, "Oh, she's the writer on my friends-list". *laughs*

I would like one for Emerald House Rising, please. You have signed my copy of Wild Swans.

Peg, this is my situation too, but I'm not going to be at TWH. If, after all the TWH requests have gone out, you have a spare EHR plate, is there any chance I could have one anyway? Say no if you'd rather not - that's okay.

I've had a few who mentioned that they read my LJ for a good six months before they realized I had a book or two out.

Thanks! I like it very much too, but I didn't create it, but the person who did is willing to share it, if you put in the comments "credit [livejournal.com profile] rosefox."

You can take the autographed bookplate and slap it on the potato chip bag if you like!

if i sent you postage would you mail one of each?

if we were ever at the same con at the same time and i knew it ahead of time, i could bring my copies of course (i still buy copies of _the wild swans_ and give them to people saying "you must read this."), but lately we haven't been at the same cons :-( .

On a related note, any idea where I can get a copy of Emerald House Rising? My copy was sent off to someone a couple years ago and I've had absolutely no luck in replacing it. Bookstores around here all tell me they can't get me one. Any ideas for me?

Yes, he did. I grabbed him first thing at the welcome feast. I saw him several different times over the weekend. Thank you.
