Get up, shower, dress, eat breakfast, read the paper
Buy cough drops
Go to the dojo, take pictures of the belt tests for the website (three and a half hours)
Stop at McDonald's for new Asian salad, hoping to get the 4th workout DVD, but they don't have it in yet
Come home, clean up one load of the dishes that Rob should have washed
Rip up some weeds out of the garden
Comfort wibbley Fiona (is she hatching strep throat? Has been complaining of a stomach ache for a couple of days, and strep has been going around her school)
Go pick up Delia from her Girl Scout outing
Take the girls downtown for the grand opening of the gorgeous new downtown library. Each girl took out thirty books (we have plastic baskets with handles, very handy).
Come home at 6 pm, call to find out whether the two religious stores on my list are still open so I can go get a gift for Andrew. They closed at 5:30 and are not open tomorrow. Phooey.
Wash yet another load of Rob's dishes
Clean up the dining room table
Update dojo website, download pictures from my camera phone and e-mail them to the webmaster to upload
Cook dinner and serve it to the girls
Tell Delia she has to take a shower and deal with the inevitable tantrum
Read two chapters of Sid Fleischman's Mr. Mysterious and Company to the girls.
Answer some e-mail, read LJ
Continue re-reading Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (I am re-reading all six books and taking notes in preparation for writing my paper on memory for Lumos)

I did not get my nephew's confirmation gift, exercise, or do laundry or a third load of dishes.

Mmm, I remember Mr. Mysterious fondly. I also loved Bullwhip Griffin by the same guy.

She's back from Space Camp already? Orange pants standing up by themselves? ;)

How are the McD's salads, btw?

For some reason when I was 11 or so I decided bathing was useless and my mom let me go for two weeks without one.

coincidentally, a movie came on called A Girl Named Sooner (or something similar) and *she* had gone for a very long without a bath, too.

I took one before the movie was over and never looked back. Strange how these things happen. Eventually I tried showering instead and never went back to baths.

How are the workout DVDs? I've been considering the salads as a means to obtaining them, but I'd love some feedback on them first.

You got a lot done!

If either of girls would be interested in trading labor for money, have them call Irene? We're in search of one or more entrepreneurs who'd be interested in doing some yard work for us.

Yes, she got back from Space Camp.

The orange pants are ripped all the way down the back of the leg. She is under the impression that I am going to mend them. I wonder where she gets this touchgin faith in my sewing abilities.

The McDonald salads are very good.

They are pretty simply, not much use to an advanced exerciser. But they look pretty, and it is useful to have workout components that are short, when you just have fifteen minutes.
