ambar let me know about http://www.sparkpeople.com and I like it even better than Fitday. I've signed up there now. Also free, and much more comprehensive. Lots of cool reports.
I've been using www.calorie-count.com for a while now, and I like it a lot. You can track your weight and keep a food log -- they have a huge selection of foods, including specific dishes from specific restaurants, and you can enter the nutritional content of foods that they don't list. Plus you can "tag" foods that you eat frequently so you don't have to search for them all the time.
The best thing about the site (and the ones you've listed already may be the same; I haven't checked) is that it doesn't *seem* to be commercial or to be pushing a particular diet or program. They do have a shopping section, but none (or few) of the other pages have ads at all. The layout is very clean and simple.
Wow--that looks like a really interesting way to keep a fitness journal! I found your page very inspirational, and it looks like you're after the same things I am. Good luck with your progress--you can do it!

Anyhoo, just thought I'd add it to the list. :)
