I've been using SparkPeople for a month now, and I love it. I've lost 10 pounds so far, just by following their caloric recommendations and (mostly) the exercise goals. It really is helping to change my lifestyle - my eating habits are weird, have been all my life, but for the first time, I'm making small steps towards reconciling what I like to eat with what I should be eating. I love it.
