Tracking through the internet

poor_skills mentioned www.wheresgeorge.com, which tracks dollar bills through the internet. I am also aware of Book Crossing, which is a site where people abandon books in public places and then track them through the internet as new readers pick them up. (There are several copies of The Wild Swans out there in the wild.)
Can you think of other sites that track items through the internet so that people can see where they went?
