We didn't go to church today

Delia is sick. And hello, it's starting to warm up. The wind chill is now up to -39 F.

There was much weeping this morning. Because of her illness, Delia had to miss a really cool birthday party held by one of her friends.

OMG, I can't even begin to fathom being that cold. It's blowing a gale right now and I think we may have windchills around zero (give or take) by morning, but, man, that's practically balmy for you, isn't it? Glargh.

I hope Delia feels better soon and that no one else catches it. We missed church due to sick kid, too.
