Chef's salad: spring mixed greens, carrots, mushrooms, ham, almonds, summer squash, blue cheese crumbles; Homemade peach pie with rolled oats crumble topping. Recipe from The Moosewood Cookbook; fresh beets and onions, oven-roasted in balsamic vinegar; Grape tomatoes; Balsamic vinegar dressing for salad
