I bet you're not going to context any of the interestingly surprising ones, either.

I'm not one hundred per cent sure "loved someone you shouldn't" is a concept that computes in my worldview; what one does about it is a matter where there are ethical shoulds and shouldn'ts, but the feeling itself ?

Well -- loving somebody where it costs you a lot of effort and heartache to avoid throwing yourself on that pyre and being burned up? Not completely unreasonable to call that "shouldn't" in my view.

I don't recommend falling in love with someone who is monogamously committed to somebody else, so there's just no chance it'll go anywhere. It's stupid and painful and it took me close to a decade to get over it. Even though absolutely nothing ever happened between us. All of the agony and none of the delights of love. Bleah.

This is a neat meme, although it makes me feel like I haven't done very much in my life. What mountain did you climb?

Oh, several mountains in Colorado, and some in Europe. I don't remember the names. I'm not talking about rock-climbing type of mountain climbing, but the sort where you wear stout hiking boots and fanny pack and bring a bottle of water, and you're up at the top of the mountain four hours later.
