I'd mentioned John M. Ford (Mike) in my entry the other day about Arcadia, and I know a good number of people on my friends list are interested in news of Neil Gaiman. elisem had an entry yesterday here about hanging out for the day with the two of them. Elise, I haven't forgotten that we said we'd get together; am unavailable this Friday and weekend, but maybe can call you next week sometime?

Next week would be spiffo-reenie! Um, except the eleventh, when I have an appointment at, let me see...ah, it's cool, it's in the morning, and therefore working hours, so you'd be busy anyhow. (I get to go be pseudo-Borg for a day, although I don't think a heart monitor is actually an invasive procedure. Er, I hope not, anyhow. Maybe I should go read up on this.)

So yeah, next week is good. I will be glad to see you. And I am amused by the coinkydink too.
