YUM!!

I brought my lunch today too, leftover burritos and strawberries in basalmic vinegar. Doesn't look as pretty as your lunch, but I'm really looking forward to it.

I've never eaten raw soybean. What's it like? And I love ginger snaps.

Hmm. I'm a little perplexed as to how to describe the taste, because it's a very mild taste. In consistency, they are a little firmer than peas. I guess you just have to try them!

Edamame is sooo delicious. It's a little sweet and mostly kind of nutty. I always put a little bit of salt on it.

Hmm...I am preparing for my own laptop lunches. How do you keep the yogurt from spilling if you've got the case on its side? The bigger container with the risotto is the one with the lid, right?

Yesterday, I put a layer of Saran Wrap over the yogurt. I ordinarily wouldn't bother, because ordinarily my lunch travels flat, and that's not enough to make it spill out, but yesterday I knew I was taking my bike on the train, and I put my bike up (vertically) on the rack, which meant that my lunch (in my gym back, strapped to the bike) would be traveling sideways for awhile. Saran kept the yogurt in place just fine.

Yes, the larger container that held the risotto is the one that has the lid, but the lid of the Lunchbox kept it in place, and the risotto sort of sticks together anyway, so I didn't need the lid for that.
