Frank Anderson, an architect with Leo A. Daly who helped design the ice palace, has very kindly agreed to meet with me next Tuesday the 18th. He is going to have another member of the team who also worked on the design sit in as well. We'll be meeting at his offices so I can see the drawings. Obviously, I'll have to prepare for this meeting carefully. Later on this week I'll post preliminary questions and ask you all if you can think of any others.

Question 1: Has a fish ever told you anything?

Question 2: Are you sure?

Question 3: If a fish were to tell you something, what would it be?

And so on.

Go Peg! I just thought I'd say, since you seem to feel a bit daunted sometimes, that I could never, ever do what you're doing. I'd rather not write a book than interview a living person about something vital in it. So there.

Could you do it if it wasn't an "interview" but a "chat?" I'd think that talking to someone about something you both find interesting when one of you is more knowledgeable would be fun. Maybe it's just me and my weird sense of fun.

Excellent! I think you'll find that the architect and the other member of team are going to be enthusiastic about sharing their work with you, so while prep is important, I think you'll end up running off your prep as well. Enjoy!
