So yeah, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is moved back

And I certainly wouldn't want them to rush the film; if they need the time for production reasons, they should take it! (I've never actually heard anybody suggest that this delay is for reasons actually related to producing the film, which is weird.)

Obviously big fans of the movies will be disappointed at delaying the release, but of course that has to have been obvious to the studio from the beginning.

I think I'm a couple of films behind at this point (in this series, I mean).

*snicker* Yes, the book has been published. The movie release date has been pushed back from November of this year to July of next year.

I'm divided! I'm disappointed of course, mostly because of the way they made us feel! They exist because of our money, but they have little respect!

On the other hand , i didn't like OoP at all ,so i wasn't really very excited about this new movie! I mean , if they managed to ruin OoP what are they going to do with HBP??
And it is Severus's story!! And Tom's.. it is the explanation for everything... !!

My initial and continuing reaction is, "Thank God it wasn't one of the books." I can wait for a movie with no hardship.
