Bookmark

I have been a great reader for years but I was never in the habit of using a bookmark, much to the disgust of my husband the rabid bibliophile, who (rightfully) would get quite irate whenever he found a book I had left lying around, with the spine cracked because I had left it open face down.

But I started using a bookmark a couple of months ago, and now I wouldn't be without it. It's a piece of artwork by our own Agent Starling mon_starling. Click here to see it.

I printed it out on my color printer, had it laminated at Kinko's and now I never go anywhere without it. It makes me feel even more akin to Hermione, a bookworm like me.

I love mon_starling's art, which I discovered because she was illustrating Cassandra Claire's fanfiction. Starling has her own Yahoo group here.
