Just keep pushing until it falls over.
Seriously, I'm now headed for my ninth take on Week 3 Day 1. I'm not there yet, but I'm getting better/stronger with each iteration. I'm not improving as quickly as the program seems to think is possible, but if I keep on pushing, I will get there.
