I was a bit disappointed in what I saw of MLKIII's speech this morning. He looks like his father, only inflated. That fat sleekness coupled with the fancy suit just didn't make him look like someone who could put himself on the line as his father did.
Perhaps they should have had his sister, also a minister and very eloquent, except for two things: *her* name isn't Martin Luther King, and oh yes, women's day was Tuesday. Seriously, the only woman on the program today was Sheryl Crow, which given the way Tuesday was loaded with women makes it look like a showcase rather than having women as an integrl part of everything. I'm a bit disappointed in them for that.
