Yeah, W3 was all about the minimum. Ow. I debated doing it over again, but I did manage it, and W4 is kind of like doing W3 over - only a little bit tougher - so we'll see what I can manage today.
On the other hand, look what you can do after just a couple of weeks - 65 full-form pushups!
15 - first set done, yay! 12 - okay, that wasn't too bad. 12 - *grunts* struggling with this one. 10 - *grunt* *grunt* I'm really going to pay for this later. (15) - Oh, the faces I must have been making! I managed, but only through sheer determination.
I'm already feel very sore. More so in the core, but my arms are sore, too. I have a BUNCH more cleaning to do this week, too. Ow ow ow ow ow.
