How is it going for the rest of you on Team Pushups? Are you staying on track? Are you still following the program, have you had to repeat a week, or have you stopped entirely? Leave a comment!

I did well my first two weeks, but this week has been stressful and I have slacked off. I am going to repeat Week 2 next week (instead of being off for a week and then picking up at W3), and carry on from there.

I'm doing W5/D2 tonight, if I can. My arms are still quite sore from the three-days-in-a-row last "week" of W4/D3, the exhaustion test, and W5/D1. And while the reps drop way back down again at W5/D2, there are now eight rounds instead of five. So far I haven't had to repeat a week, but it's been a near thing sometimes. We'll see how this week goes. I'm determined to finish, and then I want to see if I can try doing the whole series again - or at least to a point - with regular pushups instead of the knee pushups I'm doing now.

I'm going to Disney World next week, and I've been so busy trying to get the house clean and doing last-minute stuff that I haven't really even thought about it. But I totally intend to get back into this after vacation. I was really enjoying it.

I did it for about a month and then started traveling and got off track. Your posts might remind me to get back into it though...someday...

I've been really consistent, but decided to repeat week 2 and move over a column because the jump in numbers really intimidated me. I also decided to do the same for week 3.

We're doing pretty well--I did a lot of packing/moving/hauling on the weekend, and Steve had some dental work, so we had a few days off between day 1 of week three (last Friday) and day 2 of week three (yesterday), but it doesn't seem to have set us back terribly far, and we're still pretty jazzed about the results. It helps a lot to have someone to be competitive with, in a friendly way. :)

After three tries, I finally finished week 1. Now I get to start week 2 on Sunday. I'm hanging in there!

Completely contrary to what I had expected I kept up with the pushups no problem while on vacation, but have been struggling now that I'm back at work. I'm still following the program though, but overslept today, so I'll have to do D3 tomorrow instead.

Haven't had to repeat a week yet, but it's definitely getting a lot harder. It'll be interesting to see how the test goes Sunday - which group I'll be in for the last two weeks.
