I don't mean to be sacriligeous, but my first thought was "Wow, she looks so angelic in this beautiful photo" followed closely by "I hope she's not wearing 'do-me' boots underneath". ;)
LOL. No, she wasn't wearing the boots--we never bought them. She was wearing the high heeled shoes we bought for her to wear for orchestra concerts, which she absolutely hates and takes off at every opportunity. She's really an athletic shoe type of girl.
Congratulations to Fiona! That is a big commitment fulfilled on both her part and yours. Blessings upon you all as she takes her place in the adult membership of your congregation. They (and you) can certainly be proud of adding her good heart, strong hands and keen intellect to the work of the Church.
