praetorianguard: I didn't do a workout yesterday, but today I did Crunch: Step and Sweat, without the step (which was a half hour of cardio), Karen Voight's Sleek Physique: the abs section, and the yoga stretch. An hour total. Of course, this won't be sufficient to totally counteract the meal I'm planning to eat today for Thanksgiving, but at least it's a token effort.
