Lunch today

It's been awhile, so I'm posting a picture of my lunch, even though this one isn't particularly pretty or anything. So I'm not a domestic goddess every day.



Spinach salad with clementine, balsamic vinagrette in the small container, with pecans and dried cranberries for topping the salad, plain yogurt mixed with apple butter. And you can't quite tell, but there's chicken breast buried under all that brown rice. The sauce is a mixture of peanut butter, salsa, and lime juice.

Looks delish! One quick question - can these containers be used in the microwave? or are all the contents eaten cold?

(PS: is anyone else having trouble leaving a comment? I keep getting an error message when I try. I've switched from Firefox to Explorer in hopes that it will help)

I never get tired of your lunchbox pictures. It's partly because I like food, and your food is the kind of food I like. But mostly I love nesting boxes. Look at that, in the upper right-hand corner you actually have a teeny box inside of a slightly bigger box inside of yet another box! And then the whole thing goes inside that cute little case. *ooooh*

If only Laptop Lunch would come out with LIDS for their containers I'd buy a set and start using mine again. [You are probably more careful with the way you carry your lunch than I am].
